We are seeking skilled PHP Developers with strong expertise in backend development, database-driven applications, and web-based system automation. The role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing dynamic web applications, APIs, and data-driven platforms that support business operations and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust PHP-based web applications

• Build dynamic websites and internal tools using modern PHP frameworks

• Develop RESTful APIs for system integration and data exchange

• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications

• Design and manage relational databases

• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance

• Maintain data integrity, validation, and security

• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other database systems

• Integrate third-party APIs and services

• Implement authentication, role-based access, and secure data handling

• Deploy applications on VPS or cloud platforms

• Manage hosting environments and server configurations

• Monitor system performance and uptime

• Deliver projects on time with regular updates

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Knowledge about Laravel Framework

• Strong proficiency in PHP (Core PHP, OOP concepts)

• Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar frameworks

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX

• Database expertise: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite

• REST API development and integration

• Git & GitHub for version control

• Basic knowledge of server management and deployment

• Experience with Vue.js or React for frontend integration

• Familiarity with Docker and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Basic understanding of DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PHP web development

• Proven experience building custom web applications or business tools

Compensation & Benefits

For Project-Based Work

• USD 150 – 200 per project (based on experience and timeline)

For Onsite Project Roles

• BDT 20,000 – 25,000 salary + performance incentives
