Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in full stack development, including at least 1 year working on media-focused applications.
• Backend Skills: Proficiency in server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, with experience in RESTful/GraphQL APIs and media handling protocols (e.g., HLS, RTMP).
• Frontend Skills: Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a focus on media-heavy interfaces.
• Media Expertise: Knowledge of media processing tools (e.g., FFMPEG), media players (e.g., Video.js, JW Player), and familiarity with cloud storage for large media files (e.g., AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage).
• Performance Optimization: Proven ability to optimize for both server-side efficiency and frontend performance, using techniques like lazy loading, adaptive streaming, and responsive design.
• Database Management: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases for managing media metadata and large file storage.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with content delivery networks (CDNs) and caching strategies to improve media loading times. Familiarity with microservices architecture for scalability. Full Stack Engineer (Media Applications)

We’re developing an innovative AI-powered guided meditation platform and are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with at least 3 years of experience. In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend development for media-rich applications, building scalable media infrastructures, creating media-optimized interfaces, and delivering seamless user experiences. This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Roles and Responsibilities: End-to-End Media Development: Design and implement APIs and user interfaces that handle media streaming, large file uploads/downloads, and real-time media processing.
• Database and Storage Management: Develop and manage storage solutions and databases optimized for large volumes of media data, including efficient metadata management.
• Media-Centric Frontend Development: Build media-optimized user interfaces, ensuring smooth video, audio, and image playback across different devices and browsers. Performance Optimization: Optimize both backend and frontend systems for scalability and efficiency, especially around media streaming, server-side code, and UI elements.
• Security and Data Protection: Implement security protocols to protect media content and user data, ensuring secure access controls for media content.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging on both frontend and backend, resolving media-specific issues and enhancing user experience.
