∎ Experience: Proven experience in hotel pre-opening and operations, particularly in the Cox’s Bazar market.
∎ Brand Standards: Strong understanding and commitment to adhering to the international hotel brand’s standards and guidelines.
∎ Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively.
∎ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
∎ Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a detailed pre-opening Front Office preparation plan.
∎ Develop front office policies, service standards, and operating procedures aligned with brand expectations.
∎ Determine staffing needs, recruit, and train front office staff in brand-specific guest interaction standards.
∎ Identify and procure required front office technology, systems, and guest supplies.
∎ Coordinate with marketing to create and implement guest engagement strategies for the hotel opening.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless pre-opening transition.
∎ Manage daily Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.
∎ Manage guest relations, addressing complaints and resolving service issues effectively.
∎ Conduct regular training on guest services, ensuring front office staff uphold high standards.
∎ Monitor revenue through up selling and guest retention strategies.· Implement guest loyalty programs and CRM strategies.
∎ Monitor and control Front Office costs.
∎ Pre-Opening Responsibilities:
