Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Process visas for countries including Asia, Schengen Zone, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and the Middle East.
∎ • Manage ticket reservations, air ticketing, and worldwide hotel bookings.
∎ • Assist clients with tourist visa applications, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of documentation.
∎ • Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and service providers to deliver seamless travel experiences.
∎ • Address customer inquiries and provide comprehensive details on Hajj packages, travel deals, and related services.
∎ • Develop and maintain public relations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
