∎ Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
∎ Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management software.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
