- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (both verbal & written).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Tech-savvy with experience using travel/visa management software and Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the tourist visa processing unit, ensuring smooth and timely completion of applications for multiple destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, etc.).
- Maintain updated knowledge of embassy/consulate requirements, documentation, and policy changes.
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline visa processing, reduce errors, and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with international partners, embassies, and clients to resolve visa-related queries.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the visa team to achieve efficiency and productivity.
- Handle escalated cases with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support management in new destination research, building partnerships, and expanding service portfolios.
- Generate regular operational reports and suggest improvements to management.
