Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle complete visa processing for USA/UK/Canada/Europe/Australia/New Zealand.
- Check application requirements, prepare documentation, and verify information.
- Assist customers with form filling, biometrics appointment scheduling, and interview guidance.
- Communicate with embassy/VFS/TLS/BLS/IVF centers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, tracking sheets, and client files.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding their visa status.
- Ensure compliance with embassy/VFS rules and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for passport collection & delivery.
