∎ Experience in Manpower sector.
∎ Applicant should Have Clear knowledge on Arabic language & without Proper Arabic knowledge no one need to apply.
∎ Must have sound English knowledge.
∎ Proactive, Self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude.
∎ Solid Microsoft Office skills are including Word, Excel, PowerPoint along with email management and internet surfing.
∎ Capable of work in Team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good Understanding & Speaking Capability in Arabic.
∎ VISA Section related all works.
∎ (Medical online slip check, Mofa, Mofa update check by online, Police Clearance check by online, Embassy visa application form fill-up, Embassy submission list prepared, Enjaz visa update check, Arabic Letter drafting, Embassy file ready, etc.)
∎ All Embassy related documentation works.
∎ Write application on Arabic language, and translate Arabic language to English as well as Bangla.
∎ Manage Daily Official works in Desk.
∎ Manage Computer Related tasks and Communication with Saudi Delegates.
∎ Write application on Arabic language, and translate Arabic language to English as well as Bengali.
∎ Manage Computer Related tasks and communication with Saudi Embassy.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
