Responsibilities :

1. Answer calls, emails and web chat enquiries from customers.
2. Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
3. Type in data provided directly from Management or Md’s Secretary
4. Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
5. Verify data by comparing it to source documents Update existing data
6. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
7. Excel, Word and email response and browsing
