∎ Familiarity with GDS.
∎ Familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations.
∎ Must be presentable and good in English.
∎ Must know Microsoft word, Power point, and Excel.
∎ Good organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales, Reservation & Ticketing·
∎ Handle day to day passengers (walk in and over phone)·
∎ Track and monitor company targets·
∎ Develop client relationships·
∎ Exercise tele sales & handle customer complaints
∎ Ability to handle telephone, hot line, e-mail, social Media inquiries.
∎ Checking qualification, eligibility of the applicants, follow destination countries, visa application processing system.
∎ Creating and managing customer, maintain visitors Database and Regular follow-up them.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and record.
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
∎ Acquiring the monthly revenue and profit target generated by the management.
∎ Design complete travel itineraries for clients.
∎ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
∎ Ability to handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine effective solution.
