Responsibilities & Context:

1. Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments including visa processing, air ticketing, tour operations, study abroad, and medical tourism

2. Manage ticketing, reservation, and visa processing services

3. Handle sales of travel-related products (including First World and other packages)

4. Develop and design competitive domestic and international tour packages (itinerary planning, pricing, vendor coordination, customization)

5. Process and manage all license and certification renewals in compliance with regulations

6. Maintain direct communication with the Chairman

7. Coordinate with airlines, vendors, hotels, and tour partners

8. Manage fortnight payment arrangements and financial coordination

9. Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while maintaining operational efficiency

10. Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

11. Supervise teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory client experience

12. Develop and monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports

13. Analyze performance and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

14. Plan and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

15. Handle client complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution

16. Collaborate with sales & marketing teams for campaigns and service development

17. Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa guidelines, and company policies

18. Train, guide, and mentor team members

19. Perform any other tasks assigned by management
