Responsibilities & Context:
∎ must have computer literacy specially MS word / Excel / Photoshop / and other related functions
∎ knowledge about online Visa form filling (Not mandatory)
∎ booking flight tickets from OTA / direct portals (Not mandatory)
∎ Good communication skill to communicate with clients to provide travel services including flight tickets / Visa / tour packages and respond to clients via online & offline channels on time. Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services.
∎ phone call marketing
∎ Facebook marketing
∎ Whats’app call and massage share marketing
∎ To receive passport, documents and payment from respective clients.
∎ Try to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Tour and visa applications and related communications.
