∎ Age at least 20 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Airlines ticketing & reservation: Creating PNR, issuing tickets using GDS (Travel port/ Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) fare computation, customer service, modification, process, cancelation of reservation.
∎ • Assist visa processing.
∎ • Provide fare quotations and pricing to the customers.
∎ • Creating market opportunities, client hunting.
∎ • Meet up the monthly quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ • Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ • Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication must remain updated on airline/travel notices and update the reservation team and others accordingly.
∎ • Providing visas and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
∎ • Interpret IATA regulations and be conversant with the IATA portal.
∎ • Other work assigned by Management.
