NeoSmile

Position Overview

NeoSmile is looking for a highly organized, confident, and communication-focused team member who can manage front desk operations, handle customer communication, and support appointment booking and sales follow-ups.

This role combines:

  • Front Desk Reception

  • Customer Service

  • WhatsApp & Phone Communication

  • Tele Sales & Appointment Conversion

You will be one of the first points of contact for patients and play a major role in creating a premium customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Clinic Operations

  • Welcome and assist patients professionally

  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations

  • Handle walk-ins and patient inquiries

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Coordinate with doctors and internal team members

  • Maintain patient records and CRM updates


Customer Service

  • Respond to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries

  • Explain NeoSmile services clearly and confidently

  • Follow up with leads and existing patients

  • Handle customer concerns professionally

  • Ensure fast response times and smooth communication


Tele Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Call incoming leads generated from marketing campaigns

  • Convert inquiries into consultations and appointments

  • Follow up on missed consultations and inactive leads

  • Maintain daily follow-up pipeline inside CRM/Google Sheets

  • Educate prospects about:

    • Teeth Whitening

    • Clear Aligners

    • Smile Makeovers

  • Achieve booking and conversion targets


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English

  • Confident speaking over phone and WhatsApp

  • Good interpersonal and customer handling skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Comfortable using:

    • WhatsApp Business

    • Google Sheets

    • Facebook/Instagram Inbox

    • CRM systems (preferred)

  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Sales-minded personality with positive attitude


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in:

    • Front desk management

    • Tele sales

    • Customer support

    • Clinic/hospital reception

    • Beauty/aesthetic/wellness industry

  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus
