Role Description

Neo Smile is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist for a contract, on-site role based in Dhaka. The specialist will manage and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, managing platforms, running digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and reach. The position involves continuous improvement of social media campaigns to drive engagement and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation

• Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies

• Strong Communication skills to engage with audiences and collaborate effectively within a team

• Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance

• Knowledge of trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing

• A keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting content

• Previous experience in a similar role or marketing-related field is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage
