Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (English, Hospitality, or Business backgrounds are preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Experience within a multinational or shipping company is a plus.
Language Skills: Excellent command of both English and Bengali (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills: A polite, patient, and proactive "can-do" attitude.
Guest Relations: Greet and welcome international and local clients, vendors, and visitors with a professional demeanor.
Communication: Manage the central switchboard; handle incoming calls, redirect them to the appropriate departments, and take precise messages.
Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing international couriers, documents, and bill of ladings.
Administrative Support: Assist the HR and Admin departments with basic data entry, meeting room bookings, and office supplies management.
Front Office Aesthetics: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and reflects our corporate brand standards.
