∎ Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors with a professional demeanor.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, directing calls, and assisting with basic banking information.
∎ Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing appointments.
∎ Manage and monitor the front desk area to ensure it is always organized and presentable.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow banking procedures.
∎ Assist in coordinating meetings and other banking operations as required.
∎ As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the bank's professionalism and customer service standards. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at the front desk and assist in various administrative duties.
