• Strong knowledge of dyes, pigments, shade matching, and lab equipment.

• Must be Proficient in Speaking English.

• Additional Requirements (Optional):

• Experience with reactive, disperse, vat, pigment coloration/Formulation.

• Knowledge of spectrophotometer operation.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Color Mixing Engineer to join our Production team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of color matching, pigment formulation, shade correction, and quality control. Key responsibilities involve calibrating equipment, maintaining records of color recipes, and sometimes operating mixing machines to blend pigments, liquids, or chemicals to meet specific color standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and mix colors: Create precise color formulas and mix them to meet specific standards, using a combination of scientific principles, color theory, and specialized software.
• Ensure color accuracy and consistency: Calibrate equipment and maintain color accuracy and consistency across different materials and production runs.
• Operate and maintain machinery: Set up, operate, or tend machines used for mixing and blending various materials like pigments, chemicals, or liquids.
• Analyze and test colors: Perform color analysis and testing to ensure formulas meet quality and consistency requirements.
• Maintain records: Keep detailed records of color formulations, recipes,
• Technical proficiency: Experience with color matching technology, software, and lab equipment.
• Attention to detail: Exceptional precision and the ability to detect subtle color variations.
• Mathematical skills: Strong math skills for calculating correct proportions and quantities.
