Job Context:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for conducting tests and collaborating with the production team, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. They will be tasked with ensuring compliance with standards, upholding product quality, and driving continuous improvement in a secure laboratory environment. Additionally, the candidate will conduct advanced chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to uphold the highest quality standards in artificial /PVC leather manufacturing processes. This includes designing experiments, analyzing data, and providing technical expertise to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulation of different recipes for batch calculation of artificial/PVC leather.
∎ Checking product quality using different analysis methods.
∎ Maintaining all laboratory-related chemical stock.
∎ Maintaining all types of laboratory-related documents as per ISO Standard.
∎ Preparation of different chemical solutions required for the analysis of artificial/PVC leather raw materials.
∎ Analysis of artificial/PVC leather raw materials such as PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, pigments, and other additives.
∎ Conducting in-depth chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and final products using advanced laboratory techniques and equipment.
∎ Collaborating with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, optimizing manufacturing processes.
∎ Designing, planning, and executing experiments to improve existing products or develop new product formulations.
∎ Analyzing and interpreting experimental data, preparing detailed reports, and making recommendations for process improvements.
∎ Staying updated with industry trends, research findings, and technological advancements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
