∎ We are currently seeking an honest, efficient, diligent, and experienced Chemical Engineer with a strong background in PVC/ Artificial Leather manufacturing. The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge and hands-on experience in colour chemical formulation and production processes.
∎ Develop and maintain formulations for colour chemicals used in PVC leather production.
∎ Ensure accurate colour matching and shade consistency based on customer and product specifications.
∎ Conduct lab-scale trials and assist in scaling up to full production.
∎ Monitor chemical reactions during production and troubleshoot any issues.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, chemical usage, and process parameters.
∎ Work closely with the Production and Management teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
∎ Manage chemical inventory and storage in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
