Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering/H.S.C from any of the Government recognized Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal use of resources and minimal disruption of production schedules.
∎ Assign tasks to the members of the maintenance team and ensure completion within desired timelines.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the machinery, equipment, and systems to identify any deficiencies and make recommendations for corrective action.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to the members of the maintenance team in the execution of maintenance activities.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication channels for maintenance activities that may impact production schedules.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment required for maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard practices during maintenance activities.
∎ Train and mentor junior members of the maintenance team and encourage professional development.
∎ Participate in performance evaluations of the maintenance team and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure that the maintenance department meets the required standards of cleanliness, safety and appearance.
∎ Continuously improve the maintenance department's processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when assigned by Top management.

∎ Strong technical and Electrical skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other departments.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices.
∎ Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and CAD software.
∎ Should have Co-ordination quality with Technical & professional approach within the team
∎ Candidates will be given preference with proven successful track experience of at least 5 years in similar field in reputed organizations with 40 to 50 Ton production capacity per day
