Job Responsibilities:
∎ You coordinate the development and industrialization project plan.
∎ You are responsible of the manufacturing of the prototypes and you participate to the setting up of the technical file.
∎ You optimize the development cost of your products.
∎ You implement the industrialization process to ensure the mass production.
∎ You ensure the product quality in mass production conditions.
∎ You ensure and optimize the manufacturing organization.
∎ You manage the continuous improvement on your activity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Your minimum 5 years' experience in Footwear Development.
∎ Be able to develop technical products, optimize cost and simplify on process.
∎ Good communication in English.
∎ You are able to take the lead and solve problems by methodology.
∎ Organizing and executing your work efficiently.
∎ Footwear industrial and process knowhow.

Salary: Negotiable
