●Operate and maintain ERP software for inventory, production, sales, and reporting
●Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and merchandising teams
●Monitor costing, stock management, and delivery schedules
●Ensure product quality and operational efficiency
●Prepare reports and maintain business documentation
●Support business development and market expansion activities
Requirements
●Educational background in Leather Technology, Footwear Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
●Practical experience in shoe business or leather industry
