Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate from DU-ILET/KUET or any reputed University. Candidate should have high technical knowledge on sports / synthetics / leather shoe footwear industries. Experienced person has relaxed for education.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All kinds of pattern making (leather & synthetic shoe/summer sandals ladies, man’s boots/sports/sneaker etc.
∎ Knowledge in making patterns for direct injection shoe’s and PU pouring.
∎ Knowledge in making costing, consumption and industrialization.
∎ Production follow and give proper feedback.
∎ Develop and design monitoring footwear products portfolio strategy to sustain competitive advantage and market leadership in the international footwear industry.
∎ Pattern grading and knife making.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong English communication skills in written and fluent in English.
∎ Computer knowledge in e-mail, internet, word and excel is a must.
∎ Applicants should have experienced in footwear industry.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
