Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate from DU-ILET/KUET or any reputed University. Candidate should have high technical knowledge on sports / synthetics / leather shoe footwear industries. Experienced person has relaxed for education.
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in the Footwear industry with 06 years of working experience in Product Development.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop shoe line collection as per requirement from marketing department for domestic and international market by categories.
∎ To develop and to introduce major projects for domestic market.
∎ To co-ordinate job between marketing and production.
∎ To follow up job of category designers.
∎ To provide tooling’s of new articles.
∎ To follow up production of new articles in production.
∎ Developing footwear design as per market/customer demand.
∎ Design in cooperation with buyer, relevant technologies, construction ideas, patterns and tools through samples ensuring function and manufacturability.
∎ Ensure tooling design, 2D and 3D engineering and manufacturing, CAD & CAM.
∎ Provide sufficient service to production such as operation set up step by step, maintenance set up, work and time study etc.
∎ Ability to make costing sheet of relevant product and dealing with buyer and finally settlement product price.
∎ Communicate effectively with supply chain and ensure shipment timely.
∎ Travel as needed to solve design, development and manufacturing or any other related problem at the respective factories and development centers.
∎ Work as a product developer of the all footwear for the museum.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about the footwear design and contemporary fashion trend
∎ Understanding different tools of Product Development and footwear manufacturing process
∎ Strong English communication skills in written and fluent in English.
∎ Computer knowledge in e-mail, internet, word and excel is a must.
∎ Applicants should have experienced in footwear industry.
Salary: Negotiable
