Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards.
∎ Hire, train, and supervise kitchen and service staff, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
∎ Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team, taking into account seasonal availability, customer preferences, and cost considerations.
∎ Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and implementing inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
∎ Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipe standards.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings, attract new customers, and increase sales.
∎ Monitor customer satisfaction levels, soliciting feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the dining experience.
∎ Manage food and beverage budgets, tracking expenses and revenues, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and best practices, and incorporate innovative ideas into food and beverage operations.
∎ Any others task related to F&B assign by Management.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and quality standards. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen and service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue through strategic menu planning and cost control measures.
