Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall coordination, management, and reporting.
∎ Support and guided project management to implement proposed activities of the project in the field.
∎ Regularly communicate with donor, Govt. officials, UN agencies, education sectors, etc.
∎ Attend District and Upazila level different types of meeting
∎ To take strategic initiative/action in any emergency situation
∎ Providing strategic support to technical and managerial staff.
∎ Quality assurance of project and reporting.
∎ Time to time discussion/meeting with project management for quality work
∎ Making follow-up visits to the project areas in order to monitor program implementation and preparing feedback reports.
∎ Analyze risks and opportunities of the project and take necessary measures.
∎ Oversee project procurement management and ensure value for money.
∎ Coordination with the Project Implementation Unit (PIU).
∎ Ensuring necessary support to subordinate staff in implementing project activities.
∎ Attending monthly, quarterly and annual review meetings and follow-up minutes.
∎ Review and finalizing monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports.
∎ Support to the project management for quality of appraisal of Project Staff
∎ Keeping necessary records and documents of the project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Minimum of 7 years' experience in coordinating large projects of the education sector and have working experience with UN organizations.
∎ Proven experience in team management and excellent troubleshooting capability.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge of local language will be an asset.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS-Office.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 1,21,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
