Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate or BBA in Commerce, Marketing, Finance or Operation Management
∎ Diploma / Certificate course on Retail Sales Management is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to set sales budget and drive for sales achievement for the respective outlet.
∎ Take actions to control cost, shrinkage and damage to achieve outlet profitability as per budget of the outlet.
∎ Responsible to maintain product receiving, transfer and outlet inventory management and monitoring stock levels.
∎ Maintain retail standard and visual merchandising as per SOP & Planogram.
∎ Ensure all sorts of administrative support (electro-mechanical, general & IT) in coordination with other departments.
∎ Maintain smooth operation and customer service on the floor. (i.e. Staff grooming, Staff product knowledge, staff interaction with customers, product replenishment on the display, queue management at the trial rooms, queue management at the POS & faster customer check out and manage CRM activity).
∎ To take prompt actions to resolve customer problems/complaints in coordination with outlet manager & provide feedback to reduce grievances.
∎ Responsible to create effective work force management for the outlet. ( i.e Staff planning, roaster, leave, absenteeism, over time, motivation, reward and performance evaluation).
∎ Responsible to minimize staff attrition, develop next level leaders and provide staff training.
∎ Responsible for driving big team consist of floor supervisor and sales associates effectively.
∎ Accountable to make necessary daily, weekly and monthly report.
∎ Ensure outlets safety & security
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in Retail Management where at least 3 years in a supervisory role
∎ Administrative knowledge and sales and customer service.
∎ Knowledge about Inventory Management, Project Management and People Management.
∎ Strategy planning.
∎ Good command in English and Bangla language for written and oral communications
∎ Decision making ability and analytical ability
