Job Context:
∎ We are a leading 100% export oriented Garments Printing and Accessory manufacturing company established in 2004 at Gazipur with annual turnover over USD 2.50 million.
∎ We are looking for some high performing experienced Production Sector to work from our factory, Zirani Bazar, Gazipur. We manufacture different types of Sewing Threads, Yarn Dyeing, Elastic and Ribbon etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good understanding of costing Sewing Thread, Elastic, Ribbon and Yarn Dyeing.
∎ Should have an excellent Production Management capability.
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning.
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Develop different types of sample and follow up with on time delivery.
∎ Ensure resolving technical problem during production.
∎ Ensure proper use to raw material for smooth production.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
