Job Context:
∎ We are a leading 100% export oriented Garments Packaging and Accessory manufacturing company established in 2008 at Gazipur with annual turnover over USD 2.0 million.
∎ We are looking for some high performing experienced Production Sector to work from our factory, Kashimpur Gazipur. We manufacture different types of Poly Bags, Carton, and Gum Tape etc
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good understanding of costing Poly bags and Cartons. Should have an excellent Production Management capability.
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning.
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Develop different types of sample and follow up with on time delivery.
∎ Ensure resolving technical problem during production.
∎ Ensure proper use to raw material for smooth production.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
