• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in woven garment finishing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of woven bottom garments, including denim finishing processes.

• Hands-on experience in handling finishing machinery, washing, pressing, and packing.

• Familiarity with buyer quality standards, audits, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

• Experience in export-oriented woven bottom garment factories.

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of ISO, OEKO-TEX, or other relevant quality certifications.

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to lead the finishing operations for woven bottom garments. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality output, efficient production processes, and compliance with all quality and safety standards. This role requires hands-on expertise in woven garment finishing, team leadership, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the finishing department for woven bottom garments (denim and non-denim), ensuring timely and high-quality production.

• Develop, implement, and maintain finishing processes, SOPs, and workflow standards.

• Monitor production schedules, track KPIs, and ensure delivery targets are met.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure garments meet internal and buyer specifications.

• Lead, train, and supervise the finishing team, promoting a culture of quality and efficiency.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising teams to resolve process issues.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of finishing machinery and equipment.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and waste reduction.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
