Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garments Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of fabric types, spreading techniques, and cutting machinery.

• Experience in marker making, fabric utilization, and minimizing cutting waste.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of production planning, ERP, and quality management systems is a plus.

To manage and oversee the cutting department for woven bottom production, ensuring efficient operations, optimal fabric utilization, and timely delivery of accurate cut components to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise all cutting department activities for woven bottoms.

• Ensure accurate and efficient spreading, marker planning, and cutting according to production schedules.

• Monitor fabric consumption, reduce wastage, and optimize yield.

• Manage cutting machines, tools, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.

• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cutting quality standards.

• Lead and train the cutting team to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, and Production teams to meet daily and monthly production targets.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in the cutting department.

• Prepare reports on fabric consumption, cutting output, efficiency, and departmental performance.
