Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision and follow up of Finishing section (80 lines production).
∎ To give necessary directives to Finishing team to meet the regular shipment target.
∎ To ensure overall housekeeping and to take all necessary safety measures in connection with the Finishing section.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth shipment procedure.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made an exportable stage.
∎ To ensure a smooth work relation with other section like Store, Cutting, Sample, Production and Quality.
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase individual capability by following modern procedures.
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding Technical issues.
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Finishing, packing system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate Finishing workforce.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
