Job Context:

We, JIN HONG GARMENTS LTD is a sister concern of DISHANG GROUP (China’s largest manufacturer and exporter of apparel and textiles). We are seeking an exceptionally dynamic, result-driven, and technically sound Finishing Manager to lead our capacious finishing floor. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong floor control, capable of driving productivity, quality excellence, and on-time delivery in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate end-to-end finishing operations to ensure on-time, right-first-time shipment readiness

• Integrate lean practices, 5S, and visual management for a fast, waste-free finishing flow

• Drive digital tracking of WIP, defects, and shipment status using ERP/production dashboards

• Ensure buyer SOP, compliance, and audit readiness across all finishing activities

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA to minimize rework and finishing defects

• Optimize layout, manpower allocation, and line balancing for maximum throughput

• Oversee quality gates: trimming, thread sucking, measurement check, metal detection, final inspection, folding, and packing

• Guarantee accurate assortment, labeling, poly, carton marking, barcode, and ratio packing as per buyer tech pack

• Coordinate seamlessly with production, QA, planning, warehouse, and commercial for shipment execution

• Ensure needle/metal control, safety, and contamination prevention standards

• Lead pre-final and final buyer inspections with full confidence and documentation

• Promote a high-energy, accountable, and performance-driven finishing culture

• Prepare and present daily KPI reports (DHU, productivity, shipment status, manpower efficiency)
