Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Manager of Woven (Denim) Garments finishing unit responsible for finishing section and ensuring and fixing the appropriate quality production for at the right time shipment.
∎ To manage the quality standards to fulfill the customer requirements.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring the quality on productivity, adherence to health and safety considerations during all the process.
∎ To develop and implement the production increase methodologies
∎ Method Study + Method development.
∎ Strong production leader ship with problem solving skills.
∎ Should technically qualified & capable of monitoring all parameters of works and report to management as required.
∎ Minimum 5 Years' experience as Manager in a large woven Bottom factory.
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers.
∎ Must have min 10 years' Experience in similar role (WOVEN TOP AND BOTTOM GARMENTS) and having knowledge of Quality Systems, Regulations, Guidelines, Technical and Internal Audits and AQL Standards
∎ Must possess thorough knowledge of the entire process of Quality Control of Fabric/ Pattern/Sewing/ Finished Products.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Fair knowledge on modern quality technical issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
