Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduation Diploma in HRM or Compliance from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) will get Preference.
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Audit, Fire Safety Audit, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Building Safety, Compliance, Health/ Safety & Fire, HR & Training, Recruitment & Selection, Social Compliance, Technical Audit, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience to face Walmart Audit.
∎ To manage the compliance function of the factory (ethical / security / structural/fire/technical)
∎ Able to handle Social /Environment / Technical/Fire Safety/Chemical Safety /Building & Electrical /BSCI/ SEDEX/WRAP, FCI and other Buyer certifications.
∎ Will ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirements.
∎ Update and implement all Compliances Policy and Job description of employees.
∎ Develop & Update HR Policy & Procedures for Composite Knit Industry
∎ Should have Sound knowledge on Labor Laws and HR policies especially Garments Sector. Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker with regard to preparing job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check etc.
∎ Supervise Payroll, Attendance & Leave of Employees.
∎ Maintain disciplinary action procedure as per law.
∎ Handle grievance & report to management.
∎ Prepare final settlement for lefty worker.
∎ Will ensure and promote all HR mechanism/tools for up gradation of professional or human qualities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Good Leadership ability, Strong decision making and Quick trouble shooting ability.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Should have knowledge on buyer code of conduct.
∎ Should have capability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
