∎ Minimum HSC or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Production Management (Finishing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Monitor and control quality system. Improve the knowledge and skill of the team.
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the Iron Table /Folding etc.
∎ Must be following up day to day target work.
∎ Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower
∎ Ensure to start the Finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per lay out & the daily style wise target achievement.
∎ To meet the shipment dates. Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record.
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following buyers handling(s):H&M, Walmart, Target, Kontoor, Vf Asia, ALDI
∎ Effective leadership
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written)
