- Minimum 10 years experience in a reputed Ready Made garments factory.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality the first time.
- Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
- Optimize quality manpower allocation.
- Increase production with minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standard.
- Able to handle inspections with external buying office audits.
- Review weekly Shipment schedule & Finishing plan for item - Knit/woven.
- Monitoring & control absenteeism, turnover and migration.
- Liaison with sewing all the time and washing factory in case of wash garments to maintain schedule with buyers audit and final export delivery.
