We are a 100% export-oriented one of the most trustworthy Woven Wear manufacturers in Bangladesh seeking a Finishing In charge.

• Responsible for handling Finishing Unit independently and ensuring shipment target with desired quality.

• Monitor the finishing related process to meet on-time shipment.

• Maintain company SOP regarding loading-unloading, style-wise update, trims, and fabric in the house.

• Have to Maintain close relations with Production & Cutting for on-time shipment.

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration, overproduction, and extra hour work.

• Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on-time inspections.

• Maintain 100 % Compliance at finishing operation and department.

• Knowledge of IE concept & Lean management for the smooth running of the Finishing Maintain floor discipline.

• Supervise and direct activities of sewing department to meet daily production target.

• Assist department head in reviewing the monthly sewing production schedule and working out a plan to determine staffing and other resources requirements to meet the deadlines.

• Set the line layout to increase production efficiency efficiently.

• Communicate with the store to receive inputs and provide to lines.

• Establish effective communication with the cutting and production manager to fulfill the order quantity.

• Need to give guide line all relevant persons before start checking and packing new style.

• Act as a team leader for betterment of product, process, resources as well as environment.

• Act as environment chemical responsible for h & m.

• Need to ensure packing accuracy is correct in every style.

• Need to maintain proper house keeping and cleanliness in the section.

• Overall follow up of finishing, whether the machine is running according to instructed parameter or not.

• Take care of unloading trolley, so that dyeing can unload fabric without any delay.

• Accountability: accountable for overall fabric production, Maintaining desired quality level, smooth & timely Delivery of orders as well as smooth running of factory.

• Need to get approved finishing trim card from relevant merchant. Drive the subordinate to implement that plan.

• And any other assignment has given by the management from time to time.
