Job Context:
∎ Must have Leadership Skill
∎ Must have knowledge on high quality circular knit garment
∎ Must have the same job experience and proven track record.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Separate zones for incoming and outgoing production. To read and follow order
∎ wise instructions & specifications.
∎ Makes plan & schedule for the jobs assigned to him.
∎ 100% Visual final check is done.
∎ Spec inspection of critical measurement stations in place and operational.
∎ Conducted for 100% of the merchandise.
∎ AQL and measurement spec done hourly and recorded. Corrective action plan
∎ available and implemented.
∎ Random safety testing like buttons and small parts security, done and recorded.
∎ All garments are passed through the metal detector, as a standard.
∎ Metal detector control records available.
∎ Keeps contract with production Manager.
∎ Makes liaison with Sewing Section & Merchandizing Department.
∎ Receives different items from the store for Finishing purpose.
∎ Follows up with the washing centers.
∎ Close Contract with Finishing Head & Unit Production head
∎ Packing list.
∎ Receive the accessories from Store for Packing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have to experiences 10 to 15 years
∎ Candidate must reside nearby factory premises.
