• Overseeing the finishing department`s operations and maintaining accountability for output, standard, and timely delivery. 
• Supervise the completion of production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency. 
• Verify that the final products and raw materials consistently satisfy the needs of the client.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace. 
• Control over finishing tasks and the capacity to manage finishing workers. 
• Effective production leadership combined with problem-solving abilities. 
• Work together with the buyer representative and the team to arrange an inspection that happens on schedule.
• Keep an eye on the finishing-related procedure to ensure that the cargo leaves on schedule. 
• Every single piece of clothing was routinely tested with a metal detector machine.
• Maintain Consent With Finishing Manager at All Times.        
•  Received the accessories from store for folding & packing activities. 
• Daily goal monitoring is required.
• Any responsibilities that belong to someone else designated by the administration.
