∎ SSC/HSC or Graduate in any subject.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle and ensure smooth execution of overall finishing at woven bottom factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ To take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target at finishing section.
∎ To follow management instruction and archiving finishing production plans on regular basis.
∎ Should have experience to handle the renowned buyers like Wal-Mart,Tomi-Hilfiger, Costco, Full& Bear, Barskha, Kiabi, Perry Ellis, JC Panny,VF-Asia & PVH.
∎ Must have a sound and solid knowledge of efficient finishing production planning .
∎ Assist in preparing necessary plan for production in respect of PO, size, color, shade, and other quality parameters for finishing.
∎ Ensure low cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage and rejection.
∎ Monitor the man machine utilization and production plan on the basis of order, floor capacity, and time schedule, work load as per monthly target.
∎ Responsible for handling Finishing Unit independently ensuring shipment target with desired quality.
∎ Maintain company SOP regarding loading- unloading, style wise update, trims and fabric in house.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ To execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Coordinate with sewing, IE and Store departments to ensure the smooth supply of finishing product and also to make sure that related trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ Must have a sound and solid background of efficient production planning & goal setting and performance management for achieving finishing productivity and maintaining shipment schedule.
∎ Evaluate staff performance; ensure floor discipline, and daily housekeeping.
∎ Prepare necessary report on daily/ monthly finishing production and repot Manager/AGM Finishing and GM operation when required.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy floor and ensure safety, quality and compliance and good housekeeping activities at workplace.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-8 year (s) practical experiences in RMG ( Specially Woven Manufacturing and denim-no-denim wash)
∎ The applicants should have experiences to work individually as finishing Incharge in the largest Group of Companies.
∎ Sound knowledge Finishing plan, quality and production.
∎ Written and verbal average communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Sufficient typing spread in English and Bangla ( MS Word & Excel)
∎ Mailing communication skill
∎ Honest
∎ Open Mind

∎ Good team player
∎ Good compliance executor at workplace.
∎ Obedient to senior.
