  • Good looking, smart and physically fit.

  • Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.

  • Courteous & efficient telephone manner.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks & manage workload using own initiative.

  • Must have basic computer knowledge.

  • Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage overall management of restaurant operations on day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party booking, property appearance and cost control.

  • Partnership with other department heads to ensure guest satisfaction and quality foods.

  • Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue in all areas of restaurant including Chinese, Thai, Traditional cuisine etc.

  • Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in a secured manner.

  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory and restaurant supplies.

  • Assist in staffs recruitment, promotion and punishment.

  • Continuously develop guest relations and staffs skill.Ensure smooth restaurant operations & respond to customer queries and complaints.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, healthy & safety environment.

  • Identify improvements needed and build on guest loyalty.

  • Maintain liaison with various government authorities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
