Facilities operations management across multi-site locations.
Preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance planning.
Vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation.
Budgeting, Opex control, and cost optimization.
Facilities reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and digital tools
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement a group-wide facilities management strategy aligned with business goals
Ensure infrastructure uptime, availability, and reliability across offices, plants, and common facilities
Define, monitor, and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs) for internal and external service providers
Oversee compliance with statutory, environmental, safety, and internal standards
Manage vendor selection, performance evaluation, and contract governance
Optimize facilities operational expenditure while maintaining quality of services
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend asset lifecycle
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for space planning, moves, and workplace optimization
Drive digitalization and reporting of facilities metrics, KPIs, and MIS dashboards
Manage emergency preparedness, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery planning
Mentor and lead the facilities team to enhance efficiency and accountability
Conduct periodic audits and continuous improvement initiatives across facilities
