∎ Preferably from the University of Dhaka / IBA.

∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement commercial & business strategies according to Company's objectives and goals.
∎ To assess the commercial & business requirements of the Company and make all necessary arrangements for meeting it by consulting with the Management.
∎ To look after the commercial & banking activities complying with the requirements of the Company.
∎ To create, build and manage corporate banking relationships and ensure appropriate investment / bank fund for the Company.
∎ To create, build and maintain profitable partnerships with different Stakeholders.
∎ To collaborate and ensure proper coordination with diverse Teams / Departments of the Company like Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Developments etc.
∎ To monitor and assess the performance of commercial & banking activities by using key metrics and prepare reports for senior Management.
∎ To assist the Management in setting financial targets, developing budget and implementing the same in efficient manner.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
