∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ACCA, Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle daily finance and accounting tasks, including general accounting entries, staff expenses reimbursement, month-end and year-end closing, preparation of schedules and account reconciliation
∎ Prepare payments and execute foreign exchange transaction
∎ Assist for year-end audit
∎ Be a part of the team to be responsible for, statutory audit and tax compliance for OI entities
∎ Coordinate monthly financial close with various finance teams, offices and other departments
∎ Assist the team to prepare yearly forecast and budget
∎ Implement process improvement and develop new process to enhance effectiveness
∎ Perform ad-hoc assignments

Additional Requirements:
∎ University graduate in accounting or finance, someone who is perusing towards accountancy qualifications such as, ACCA, ACA.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years or above relevant experience, preferred in multinational company
∎ Independent, initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
∎ Responsible, organized, detail-minded and a fast learner
∎ Excellent command of spoken and written English
∎ Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and team oriented with the ability to communicate with oversea offices and customers
∎ Proficient in MS Office and accounting software, experience in Navision is an advantage
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
