∎ Masters in Commerce, CACC will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain books of Accounts through vouchers, cashbooks, General Ledger, etc.
∎ Preparation of financial statements for head office as well as donor agencies.
∎ Maintaining cash and Bank accounts properly.
∎ Maintaining records of all assets and properties of the project properly including store.
∎ Initiative to conduct internal and external audits.
∎ Ensure financial control to maintain appropriate and timely reporting on disbursed funds.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the finance activities including budgetary control.
∎ Ensure procurement of materials as per organizational rule in consultation with the central office.
∎ Ensure all logistic support in time.
∎ Monthly, Quarterly, and consolidated report preparation of the project.
∎ Field visit for financial and administrative monitoring.
∎ Fund request to UNICEF through Head Office.
∎ Ensure Govt. and Donor policy compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience providing financial and administration on similar projects or activities is required.
∎ Good skill in report writing in English and Bengali.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 60,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
