Job Context:
∎ TMSS a national-level NGO invites application for the following position of Safe Aquaculture Farming for Economic and Trade Improvement (SAFETI) Project. Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Office Location: TMSS Project office, Satkhira.
∎ Direct Supervisor: Project Manager SAFETI.
∎ Job Nature: Project-based.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible for providing overall administrative, financial and operational support to the Project Manager.
∎ Responsibilities include, maintain all financial transactions, managing overall administrative functions, procurement, staff travel etc.
∎ In addition, she/he will be dealing with petty cash functionalities, ensuring all sorts of cheque/cash payment, banking formalities, organize and coordinate workshop/training/meeting and timely completing all financial/administrative reports.
∎ She/he will be dealing with all procurement as per TMSS and Winrock International funded SAFETI Project policy.
∎ She/he will be dealing with internal and GoB/Winrock International approved external auditor.
∎ She/he will be dealing with reporting for TMSS management and Winrock International.
∎ She/he will visit the project field office for financial & administrative issues.
∎ Any other job assigned by TMSS & Winrock International.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years experience in finance and admin roles, preferable in national or international NGOs.
∎ She/He is expected to have hands-on experience in managing regular financial activities (e.g. petty cash management, payment disbursement, etc.) payment processing and general administrative functions.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office, Excel, and the ability to type in Bangla will be an advantage.

Salary:
∎ Consolidate Tk. 40,426/- (Per month).
