About the Role:
Porter is looking for field salespeople, who will be involved in creating demand for logistics support and also will be involved in onboarding and managing logistics partners, like, Two-wheelers & Tracks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily field visits to acquire new partners (traders/drivers)
Onboard new partners in company Apps.
Daily follow-up to generate new orders.
Ensure daily fulfillment target.
Build strong relationships with partners (traders/drivers).
Actively track all KPIs to improve gradually.
Highlight market trends to the management.
