∎ Daily field visits to acquire new partners (traders/drivers).
∎ Onboard new partners in the company’s Apps.
∎ Daily follow-up to generate new orders.
∎ Ensure daily fulfillment target.
∎ Build strong relationships with partners (traders/drivers).
∎ Actively track all KPIs to improve gradually.
∎ Highlight market trends to the management.
∎ About the Role: Porter is seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales/ Operations Executive to help drive demand for our logistics services and manage a network of diverse partners, from two-wheelers to trucks.
